I have never graded coins but would like to know what your grading would be on this RPM. I was thinkin maybe fine+. Not best pics.

Not sure, I am thinking if it is the 1960D RPM #003 listed on coppercoins at EF40 about two bucks or so.

XF30. It is not a very valuable error coin. It is quite common to find a 1960D RPM.
