So I was looking around the antique mall where I got my Flying Eagle again to see if I could fill a couple more 7070 slots, and I noticed this one off to the side. I was very tempted, but thought I'd ask if this was a good price.

There were a couple others that caught my attention, the Three Cent piece is in better shape and the half would just be a filler coin.

I picked up a seated half, drilled and filled, for $9.50

and I can't even tell the date

The 3 cent and half dollar don't say firm so try to ask for a deal on all three. I'd say $45-$50 for a start.

I'm no expert on grading and pricing but $20-$25 sounds about right for a 20 cent piece... 50 bucks for 73 cents face value talk about Inflation!

I'd say definitely get the Twenty Cent Piece and the Three Cent Silver.

I think that 20 cent piece is a no brainer.

I agree that the 20 cent piece is a good deal. The Three Cent piece looks to have nice detail, but I can't really tell too much from the photo. As long as it is not bent or damaged, that is a good price too. I would stay away from the half. Too much wear for $17. Also, since the 3c doesn't say "firm", you may be able to talk them down on that price.

Went back and picked the 3 and 20 cent pieces up before work, pictures to come later when I get home! Ultimately passed on the half because I can get better on ebay BIN listings for the same price, oddly enough.

$25 for the 20-Cent sounds fair and the 3-Cent piece is nice too. Get those for sure. The half, is a bit on the costly side for the grade but it doesn't say firm so I'm guessing you can haggle. Maybe ask to get all 3 for $50?

So yeah, finally home and have pictures for all my fellow coin nuts!

The 3 cent piece is a little rough on the obverse, but it still has nice details and a lovely reverse, I think the coin has a very artistic design compared to some other classics.

And the 20 cent piece is nice, has a few scratches and nicks in it, but it's got a good even wear and a solid date so I'm happy with it.

Scratchy coins are a good way to start out. My first 20 cent piece had been holed, then filled. It led me into a world of coin-flipping, gradually upgrading. After years of this I have one 20 cent piece, an 1875cc in vg. That's where I've been for 20 years now. Other coins became a lot more interesting, but I'll keep that one 20 cent around as a curio.
