Anywhere from AU-53 to AU-58 for me. I think brighter pics would help, the photos you have are high quality but a little too dark for me.

Thank you for your answers. I paid for this coin 90$ and I hope it was good price for this example. I took new pictures, with the "real" appearance and color of the coin, so here they are.  Best wishes to you, to celebrate your Independence Day.

$90 for this is a price good enough to allow for TPG slabbing cost plus some more profit. Very well-bought, and I strongly believe that AU55 is a grade too low for this coin. It's very well-struck, with only the potential for rub on the cheek preventing a Mint State grade. Look at the wingtips.
