I'm going to break away from the pack and say AU-50. I originally thought EF-40, but then I remembered the 1851-O is usually weakly struck. This coin has some luster I can tell so that led me to say AU-50.

Obverse is VF35 - notice three of the five star/shield intersections are worn.
Reverse is XF40 - notice the diamond is just worn, but the orbs are not.

51Os are weakly struck, so I'll give it the XF40

I would say EF-40. I think I see some Longacre Doubling. These were weakly struck, like what B Strauss3 said.

VF-35. Only coin the series to have a mint mark. Neat!

I'm thinking EF40 on this one.
