I just found this while searching for some past auction result archives. Nice that PCGS is keeping track of PCGS, NGC and ANACS holdered coins as far back as they do.

By Auction firm:

By Coin Series:

If you know a coin you're looking for is certified PCGS/NGC/ANACS and sold at auction this can really speed up your information search. You can sort your search request by date of auction, price, PCGS coin #, Grade and Auction firm as well.

I've even found a few raw coins in the mix from really old auctions like 1990. This is just an amazing tool for researchers like me that have a ton of old auction catalogs yet are missing many PRL, due to just not having them or the auction firm not listing them online, like Superior (now out of business).

I've been using this for a while. So have other members I believe. Last week I found out that my PCGS MS-63 Seated dime is the only one on record to have sold in the past 3 years (For a 1877) and all the 3 auction records are of the same coin.

Yes, there are some nice tools out there. I like it when I can search a PCGS slab # on their site and any auction appearances of the coin will show up on the page.
