I found this while going thru my cahange and I am thinking it is a new dicovery. A 1996 DDO ear lobe, please let me know what you think about it.

Nope, not a doubled earlobe...this is a very common anomaly. I see it all the time.

I would have to see more of the coin to tell you wht happened to it, but I do not believe it to be hub doubling from what you did provide. Quite often the story of what happened to a coin shows in more than one small area, so seeing such a cropped image tells very little.
