Just wanted to confirm. I believe the little dot above and to the left of the "G " is the correct marker?

It is not 002. The location is totally different. If the images were rotated it would be a great help on the forum.

I don't understand why my pictures are all rotated. They are correct on my phone/ipad, but rotated on my computer..... :( I'll try to edit.

I don't think it's an RPM at all. Looks like the MM is caving in from internal zinc rot.

Thanks for rotating the image. Here is what I was talking about. If a known RPM/doubled die has a mint mark location posted, we can use the mint mark to determine if they cam from the same die or not:

I see! Yes, that makes sense. So in comparison, the mint mark on mine is too far south to be 002. Do you think this is actually an RPM? Or zinc rot like suggested above?

I'm not thinking it is a RPM. It may have been hit by a coin wrapper. Not the flattening on mint mark and the date? But the bottom loop looks thicker, than the upper loop. So I would save it to send an image to coppercoins to see if they would list it or not. The damage pretty well alters the shape. But it might be worth a try. You will have to wait till they open up attributions though. So set it aside for now. If you could get a better image, that might be helpful when you send it to coppercoins. That would probably give them an ideal of what you have better.

Thanks for the advice! Santa is supposed to be bringing me a new camera for my new coin hobby! We'll see if I've been naught or nice I guess..... hahaha I have never submitted anything for attribution before. I may bug you for tips on that later.
