1896 with Queens head on reverse and bead clash on obverse, what do you think a fair selling price would be for this one?

That is a very cool die clash and the Queens face shows well. The obverse beads are nice also..

Maybe a VF 25..maybe pushing a 30..?.. and I'm guessing that 3x the reg trends would be good.. 300% markup.

Die clashes are definitely out there but this is a nice one...but in VF... Good luck...!!

A 1887 with doubling on the 7. I think it's more Machine Doubling than repunch though.

Gidgit: Nice coins. When I started with many of the varieties out side of the more popular ones, I was using Zoell and Griffin as guides. There really were no scarcer 1886's that weren't Obv1a or with an Obverese anomonoly. I very very seldom even looked at the reverse dates of Obv 2's and I shudder to think how many repunched 6's went through my fingers. At any one time, I probably had 170-180 of the darn things.

Dr X: There are a good number of R/P'd 7's for the 1887's and it's not MD. The best, I think, are those that are lo/hi showing at the top, but the knobs are neat as well.

Hello Okiecoiner
I think you are right about the repunch on my 1887. I was fooled by the crud. I cleaned it and took other pictures with different lighting and it's more obvious. Thank goodness for hawthorns...

This 1887 seem to have a double seven, what do you say. Thanks. Chris
