Is this the one we discussed a few weeks ago? It looks slightly circulated to me. 5B is definitely a value-added VAM, this one might bring a fair premium in front of the right buyers.

Yes it is, It looks high grade in person just lots of minute obverse bag marks which I tried to photograph with high light to show here. My guess is ms62-63

The reverse definitely passes for Mint State but I worry about the obverse. Some of the marks I see - in pattern - seem like they originated in circulation. We're within the photographic margin of error, though - the observer might change their mind with the coin in-hand.
