MS-62 RB, and if you could fix the lighting, that would be great :)

Imo the coin has circulation wear evidenced by the hair ribbon and high points near the bow on the reverse. It also looks like someone attempted to clean some areas particularly the lower third of the obverse. I'm at AU58 details

If I'm seeing this correctly, it looks like it's been lacquered. There's a strike anomaly resembling wear at the bottom of the hair, but that's what you have to call it when 4 pristine, as-struck diamonds sit right next to it.

No lacquer that I can see just a brownish red tone. I have enough red and red brown Indian Heads in my collection to know that it hasn't been cleaned. I think the coin is a high AU but I decided to ask the community what they thought.

Based on what Celticsoul is saying, I am going to go with MS63 RD. Not too many marks or nicks. Originally, my biggest concern was about the surface. The pictures are a little hard to go on, maybe because the surface is so shiny?
Rest in Peace
