I'll go EF-40.

Most of diamonds show, ribbon separate from hair, most leaf details show.

I feel it is XF45, as an AU coin should have some hints of mint luster

Bad, I am not very well versed on IHCs but what I see on the reverse for wear would preempt an AU grade. I'm thinking 40. However, coins are always better in hand that in pics unless you are Superdave.

Thad,

I say XF-40 to 45. A little too much wear on the obv. for me to agree with AU.

To me this coin looks as though it spent some time in the ground and was a metal-detector find.
