I would give it a low Good. maybe its the picture, but I can barely make out the In God We Trust, and there is almost no detail in the skirt left.
I jsut started doing this, so I may be wrong.

Clinne,

I have several in this general condition and I have to call it AG-3. It might get a G-4 on a really good day. Regardless of the condition I love this series. Like I said, I have several that look just like this one.

Welcome, enjoy and learn.

I agree with the AG-03 grade. For most US coin series you're getting into the AG range when the rims become worn down to the point that they merge with the lettering.

FYI, your coin appears to be a San Francisco mint. The mintmark is at the 8:00 position next to the rim on the reverse. At least, it looks like an "S" in your photo. The other possibility would be "D" for Denver. In the AG grade range all three mints have about the same value. In higher grades the Denver and San Francisco coins are dramatically more expensive than the Philadelphia (no mintmark) coin.

I'll say G-4 on this one.

I think the obverse is clearly G. The reverse is a bit weaker, but I think the rim can touch a few letters, if it isn't worn into the letters, and still make G.

AG-3. I've got to see the full date for a G-4
