I like them too and can't wait to hold one in my hand ! I haven't heard any negative things about them.....so demand should at least be average.

The pictures are on the US Mint website (usmint.gov), but they are line-art. IMHO, the real coins will look much different. I'm waiting to see the real thing before I render a judgment or comment.  |

They should fairly popular, but with the rising price of gold, it may put a strain on people's budgets.

Not sure what the gold or clad coins will go for but I am assuming the silver dollar will be around $32.00 just like the ASE proofs. I could be wrong though this will be the first proof I will have ever bought from the mint. |

I like the gold obverse but won't be able to afford gold. It'll be silver and clad for me.
