Does anyone have any information on the Dolley Madison coin?

I know the release date is November 19th but is there an official word on the pricing and quantities.

With gold on the rise, the previous prices are close to spot rate.

I haven't heard anything yet, but if gold continues to rise, it will probably cost more to buy the Dolley Madison coin than the previous three.

I'm assuming from the lack of response or any posts regarding this coin, this isn't one that many collectors are interested in considering it goes on sale Monday?

$509.95 for Uncirculated and $529.95 for proof!

I think I'll pass. It makes the Buffalo Proof look like a bargain!

Think I'll pass also. I had every intention to collect the entire series but since the mint raised the price by 25% I'll stay with the Buffalos like you bkroiler.

The Dolley AND the Buffalo's and any and everything Gold has and will be more expensive it seems............. hummmmm
$800.00 Buffalo went to $900.00 before the New Year even hit ! They're are always going to adjust their prices of gold and silver coins with the fluctuating market and of course "plus" their premium on them on top of that ! There's just no getting around it ! NEVER buy again or pay for it !

All coins that contain precious metals are likely to increase in price.

Today the Mint released the 2008 Proof ASE. They were $2.00 more than last year.
