Hello all its me again :) I've got a 1972 penny that looks odd to me would it be a double die? Thank you and I'm sorry for the poor quality pictures

the edge looks like its below the surface of the field, if so it appears to have been freed from a coin holder like this one. The edge is usually ground thinner to find inside.

I suddenly remembered the name. Looks like it was an " Encased Coin"

Maybe to a collector of them specifically, but no extra value in general. It would be considered a damaged coin, PMD.
