Hey everybody, Haven't visited in a few months and sorry in advance for the picture quality but the last 3 Presidential proofs arrived today so I tried to snap some pics of the complete set and wanted to say a quick hello. This holder measures 12" x 12" and looks really nice.

Very nice! I like the presentation. Is that Mount Rushmore in the middle?

Very nice looking set I never thought about doing a set like this, but I am thinking about it now.

This is nice. I have a full set in a dansco but I think this looks like a better presentation.

I wonder why they decided not to put Reagan's name?

Most people, including obviously Capital Plastics, thought the series was going to end with Ford. The inclusion of Reagan wasn't known until last year, and this display must have been made before that.

Yes, the set was to end with Ford at #38.
Yes Celtic...you are right. That is Mt. Rushmore and I also like the "gold" look with the black Steele.
Thanks everybody!

Nice job, Debrajc! I've got the Capital holder, and I ordered this year's proof set, but the coins have yet to arrive on my doorstep.

I wonder if they intend to make a holder with a Reagan slot at some point or if this is it.

There is no reason to not fix it, as it is probably very simple to do. Unless, of course, they pull a Dansco.

Quote: I wonder if they intend to make a holder with a Reagan slot at some point or if this is it. Of course, the last slot is labeled REVERSE, which can be used for the Reagan dollar. But if you don't want to insert the Reagan dollar with its reverse showing, I have a suggestion: Wait until the Reagan Reverse Proof is issued and insert that coin face up. That way you can claim that the REVERSE label is referring to the special finish on the coin...
