AU53 to AU55. There is still mint luster present in the fields on the obverse and reverse, although it doesn't look complete, with some minor wear. Weak strike with softness in the usual places (Stars, Hair, Left Corn). Very nice coin!

AU-55 here. Can't see any problems except scratches on chin and neck.

AU 55. Remaining luster appears original with minor to moderate breaks. No indication of cleaning, which is a big plus for these.

AU-55, due to wear on reverse centrally and towards lower left.

I'll part from the crowd and say this coin is MS. The design weakness on the reverse is not from wear IMO. The design was not fully struck up. Beautiful coin!
