With a (very stylized!) portrait on one side, and a (very stylized!) fire-altar on the other, it's definitely imitative of the Sassanian drachm, which looks like these. I'm reluctant to guess at this stage without swatting up some more. Check out this page on zeno.ru for numerous examples of this type.
