Well, not the exact one below but one just like it (my camera is not functioning anymore). The translation of the page you link to says that this is a Thaler from the Abbey of Murbach and has the shield of Leopold V on the rev. My 1999 edition of Krause doesn't have a picture of this particular coin, although the section labelled as the German states of Murbach & Luders does have a 1/4 thaler with a match of this portrait. Also, There are several thalers that are not pictured, including a 1625 attributed to Dav #5620 (KM#15). I would probably go with that attribution unless something new shakes loose. A thaler from the Abbey of Murbach--not a bad pick-up for your OFEC collection! A bit more search and I found out the coin nowadays is KM #10, not 15 (in my Krause it was KM #28....) Dav. 5620 is at least still right. And since I found an image I can confirm this is it. Which is great, Murbach and Luders is a new place for me I bought it as just coming from "Austria". I saw at once that wasn't the whole story and took a bit of a gamble, which paid off Report this Post to the Staff
