During Phase One of the competition, which is open from August 1-October 17, 2016, U.S. citizens and permanent residents age 18 or older are encouraged to submit their contact information and three to five work samples using the online form. Phase One Applications Open: August 1-October 17, 2016 Phase Two Artists Notified: November 14, 2016 Phase Two Submission Deadline: January 13, 2017 Winner Announcement: June 2017 Report this Post to the Staff
