With 1964 nickels being a very common date, I don't expect as much of a premium, but it will still command one.

You can try looking on ebay and see if one similar is being or has been sold to get a possible idea.

This is actually a struck through a deteriorating capped die. A little bit more than a capped die coin was the cap was breaking down while stuck on the obverse die.
