Hey guys after finding out there are 1982d copper small dates floating around out there I have been looking pretty hard to find one. Came across this large date and wasn't sure if it was a DDO? Referenced some people's early post and couldn't decide....Thanks again for the help!

The pic is really foggy. I think it's a Small Date, but it appears to be a Philly coin, so it would be worth a cent. Can you get a clearer pic?
