Good strike on both sides, XF40 only because of amount of nicks and rough rims, does have some original luster left.

I dont see any ware on the checks the coin looks to be red uncirculated coin to me. I would grade this coin MS60 to MS61 red

62/63RD, the most common grade for uncirculated coins.
