Just ordered one, thanks! He hasn't sent out emails to the notify list yet, 55 left!

Quote: Here's hoping you fill those last two holes sooner rather than later! My goal, set almost ten years ago when I joined CCF when I had 53 holes filled, was to finish it in 2016. I came close. With my recent interest in slabbed Ikes taking some focus, not to mention that I am down to the keys dates in some other sets, my new goal is 2018.

I just bought 4. It looks like they still have 51 albums left to be bought.
Now have to fill those albums partially and give them as Christmas gifts.

Hmmm.... fill partially and give as Christmas gifts.... seems like handing someone a bill for $10k. Kidding - that's a fun idea.

Ordered mine today off ebay. $35 which includes shipping. Been reading some of the other posts. For those who really want an expansive type set album, I agree Intercept Shield is the way to do go, even though you need to fill two volumes. I'm going to very happy with just a one volume type set album. It's going to take awhile to fill!

Desert Dansco could have saved you about $10. Not sure why you would pay $10 more than you need to?

Intercept is 1 volume as well. This whole 7070 re-release has me questioning my online spots for supplies... I've always just looked on wizard and dansco albums website when looking for supplies among a couple others and ebay. I think desert is the new #1, why doesn't anyone else have them up online yet?

Hi jpbone. I did not know of the existence of Desert Dansco. I usually bought from Wizard but they were out of stock. Oh well. Live and learn.
CLS12, I meant to say the Whitman album was in two volumes and more expansive. Thanks for the correction.

Got my coins into the new album! Very nice not having that one page where the page was tearing. Now to sell off the others to make up for my upgrade. I also realized I only have 2 more Half Dimes before I finish the entire 2nd page of my album! xD

Quote: I need to add the gold page for the new album. I will probably never be able to do that. I really cannot afford gold. If I ever found myself with that sort of budget I would probably want to build a slabbed type set to compliment (not replace) the 7070, just as I am not building a slabbed Ike set to to compliment my 8176. I think such a high end set has room for gold. I can dream, right?
