It's not a government issue, therefor making it a fake, therefor making it have little value. Keep it if you like it, but I doubt it has much monetary value.

Interesting.....haven't seen one of these before.

I'm trying to read what's written in the the district seal, and I can make out "The Department of ?".

Well worn for a non circulating play note.
