@Steve -- What are you doing up at 5:28AM?

I think Franklin must have been woken up at that time too... would explain that dour expression.

Franklin quote, " Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise".

I'll have to settle for two out of three...

For the 2013 series which began production in November 2013, Fort Worth is exclusively printing the $2, $10, $50 and $100 denominations. The $5 is exclusively produced in Washington, while the $1 and $20 is produced in both places.

It's a big change from the beginning of Forth Worth. Official dedication of Forth Worth took place on April 26, 1991 and it only produced the $1 and $5 for the 1988A series

As of May 2017 the 2013 $100 banknote is now being produced for three districts.

Perhaps, I have overlook something. But the first time I find the $100 bills of the 2013 series in a BEP report is the production report of ''October 2014.''
It's mentions production of 8000 sheets of star notes of the $100 2013 series. First regular printed notes of this series are in the November 2014 report.
