My net grade would be EF-40. The sharpness is AU-50, but the discoloration on the reverse is distracting.

EF-45 tops, maybe 40. Too much wear on hair and lower curls for AU, imho. Still most attractive.

Loved the obverse, even with a few marks. Said ickkyyyhh when I saw the reverse. I myself wouldn't buy that coin even for a "cheap" price.

I grade it xf-45. Reverse doesn't look that bad for being 180 years old copper.

What's going on at the curls near the ear? Is that debris in the holder, a hit on the coin, or...? If it's nothing on the coin, then XF40. If it is a hit, then I dunno. The reverse doesn't really bother me.

The first set of photos gave the reverse discoloration, located at 1 to 3 k and at 9 k a greenish tone. My experience with this sort of thing has been that the stuff might not be inactive. That is compounded by the fact that coin is in a slab which makes it impossible to do anything to arrest this without breaking slab and voiding the warranty, or sending it NCS for some preservation. Niether option would be attractive to me. I would prefer not to buy the coin.

Now it may be that this corrosion is totally arrested and not a problem. If that's so, then the coin is more desirable. Still the marks on the reverse are there, and given the fact that this not a huge rarity, at least with the respect to the date (I am not into Nucomb varieties), I'd prefer to continune looking for another example.
