It's a 1983 P Lincoln Memorial cent with a Die Chip on the top of the 8 in the date. Also shows a Die Crack and a Die Clash on the reverse. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff

carwash Pillar of the Community United States 664 Posts	Posted 11/25/2017 7:57 pm Newbie234nice find on the bucket and all those chips on the cabin Found these in three mint/bank wrapped 25 coin rolls last night. only one like this.chip on left wheat tip. only one like this, die chips on the 9 and 5 four like this,chip on the T of cent. Five like this, chip on the left wheat stalk and on the T of cent. couple of them look like they also have strike through grease or over polishing on the N. After posting this last statement I realized that I had missed a teaching moment in my coin collecting life and as a member of the CCF I need to do better. Thanks for the progression photos Crazyb0. Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74781 Posts	Posted 12/03/2017 9:02 pm I found both of these CRH through a circulated bankrolls from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. First one is a 19994 P LMC with a "BIE" Die Chip and the 2nd one is from the same year and mint. It has a Retained Die Break in the 9. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff

Tootallious Rest in Peace United States 1559 Posts	Posted 12/05/2017 1:55 pm It's been a while since I had one to post. I found this about three rolls into a $25 box. It also has a Retained Interior Die Break ( Cuds on Coins, RIDB-1c-1958D-03)on the top of Lincoln's head. Note the indent in the 5 in the below pic.
