Are These Collectible Serial Numbers

i have just started recently paying attention to serial numbers on notes and was just wondering if these are considered good serial numbers the first on is the lowest I have seen since I have been looking it is 00392902 and the second one is 91699666 thanks for your help

I wouldn't save a bill as a low serial number unless it had four or more zeros.
The second one would be a binary note if the one was either a six or a nine. Close but no go.

I'd also keep an eye out for those that include dates. For instance: 19461946

Probably the granddaddy of all numbers to find would be: 31415926
