Are These Collectible Serial Numbers

scott3270 Pillar of the Community United States 1116 Posts	Posted 04/26/2008 8:09 pm i have just started recently paying attention to serial numbers on notes and was just wondering if these are considered good serial numbers the first on is the lowest I have seen since I have been looking it is 00392902 and the second one is 91699666 thanks for your help Report this Post to the Staff

arthrene Pillar of the Community United States 1713 Posts	Posted 04/26/2008 9:06 pm I wouldn't save a bill as a low serial number unless it had four or more zeros. The second one would be a binary note if the one was either a six or a nine. Close but no go. Report this Post to the Staff
