Very attractive! I have been looking at these for the 7070, but still hardly an expert. I am in the 40~45 range, too, but I could justify a premium for the tone and the reverse.

It's 45, but it's an odd combo with light obverse and strong reverse strike. Looks original, but not one I'd get really excited about. I like a little more variation on the color, although that's only my personal choice.

I am running under the assumption that the photograph is not capturing the colour as well as it could, but even if it is accurate, I do like it. As you said, personal choice. Nothing wrong with that.

I think it is close but not quite xf. VF35.

I'm at 40. It might be original but I'm not crazy about the toning. xf-vf coins should be darker.
Edit: Could get a graffiti designation. Looks like a T is crudely carved on the reverse @4 o clock
