Please help. I was curious if this was an error coin on the mintmark or if its just a Die deterioration double thanks for your help

The D on this quarter is almost like a micro day like the Mike Rowe oh on the New Orleans Morgan's. It's almost as if the hole in the middle of the D is nonexistent. Has anyone seen this before and is this Caused by a broken post Thanks appreciate everyone's time
