IMO, the best it would make would be a 65 or a 66. The little nicks on the bust would likely hold it back from a 67.

I don't think the obverse pic gives us a good look at much of the left side, while the right side shows light blemishes above the date and in front of the jaw. I'll say 64RD pending further evidence on the left side.

What did the person you bought this coin from grade it at? What do you grade this coin at? It's a common 34 Philly they made 220 million of them. Its a nice looker though!
