I would guess VG-8 to VG-10. Ear outline looks just visible. The "LI" on LIBERTY is fairly weak.Hair above ear is flat and worn.Still a nice coin. Large Cents are one of my favorites.
Rest in Peace

I would grade it in the Fine range. There is a lot of hair detail visible, which would lead me to think it is better than a VG.

This is a solid F coin in my opinion. Very nice!

I think this is a strong F-15, like your '32.

I would have to disagree with the others and put this in the VF range. The obverse has some wear on the hair like stated before but there is a lot more detail to the eye, nose, chin and the nape of the neck. You also see the beads of the hair band, the raised stars and the edge and rim have great detail. The LIBERTY is not as clear as some would like but the hair curl at the base of the neck is and sometimes outweighs the other. The reverse is the weak point of this coin especially with the nick on the right side. But the wreath has great detail in parts of the leaves and the berries are easy to see. The wear is even throughout except on the bottom right. The bow is not the best but you tell what it is and that it is not all worn together helps out. This is one of the later years made so it is not that hard to come by but still a great $40 coin.
