A GEM example, *PQ in holder is right around $100.....maybe less, maybe more.
The OP’s 1969 $20 San Francisco Star does appear to have a couple of minor flaws. As mentioned, a small nick in the lower margin, and traces of handling above the portrait. Very pretty note. Clean with good eye appeal.
