I have this 2005-P Jefferson with something on the back inside the S. What are your thoughts on what it is. Thanks in advance

It looks like some wear on the die used to strike that coin - nothing special.

In my opinion,No. Large or multiple die chips are better. The one you have is single and fairly small. I have found a bunch of these. I do still keep them ,as I love die chips especially on the 05' nickels.
