Searching rolls I came across 3 rolls of Arkansas state quarters. I found abt a half of a roll have these marks on them. Can someone tell me what these marks are?

Closer pics will be needed, but you may be seeing die deterioration.

Closer images would be helpful. Sometimes seeing the die closer will tell us if this is a die again issue. Or something else. I remember seeing an issue like this on the ATB Quarters on the Homestead dies:

I think that's it. There is a similar spot on the top left of the shield on LSCs that I've noticed which corresponds to a prime spot for die cracks/chips.
