64 RB. I wouldn't, but I limit my NGC submissions to expected $200 real retail or better.

You decide your own cutoff for practical purposes.

Better pics might show otherwise, but I'd say AU-58.

You seeing the lower ribbon line to east as the rub, Frog?

I was thinking that was a slightly light strike.

That's part of it - can't see the shield well enough to see what the reverse looks like in that area. Cheek also shows possible signs of circulation or mishandling. Not fond of grading angled pics, and I'd like to see a straight-on shot of that discolored area at 9:00 on obverse - that's not toning. From these pics alone the coin just doesn't have a good feel. If I'm wrong, I'll be the first to apologize.

Better pics, please. It's difficult to grade from these pics.

Better photos would help a lot. Still hoping for MS, but I'm obviously in the minority on that opinion.

I'm with frog, thinking this one is an AU-58 slider.

it could be the lighting but the coin doesn't seem to have full luster. below is a coin that I bought raw from a CCF member and has full mint luster. Submnitted it to PCGS and came back ms64rb. I would expect a coin with full luster to look more like this. Was thinking au55-58 for the coin in this thread.
