Hello everyone, want to share with you my penny collection and write about new coins arrival. My target all coins since 1909 (of course I can't buy them all), including proof coins, that I will show later. Here's the first part of 1909-1939. I still don't have an album for this years, because there's too much expensive coins (teens mostly), and I want to put them to quadrums then I buy them. Edited by flying_teapot 02/20/2018 07:35 am

@ammcollect, looks like you have a great start to your collection. Nice work! I understand you don't have an album yet, but I would recommend that you consider putting these guys into 2x2s for their protection and to help you stay organized.
Edit: Ah ok you added a bunch more while I was typing. You are in great shape with these!

So, that's all for today. Few days ago I win this 1912s (and some other cheap LWC's period 1910-30) in russian auction marketplace for a crazyiest price of 1$, and no one didn't make a bid higher. Lincolns pennies (and most of pre 1900 coins) are extremely unpopular in Russia, I know only 2 people except me who collecting it. So, that is the reason why sometimes I can buy these so cheap. But you can find a lot pennies in low-price coin boxes on our shops, mostly there's a 1960-2008. I still stumble if seller sends me a coin, but I should wait to know it.

Wow ,excellent start to a Lincoln Cent collection . Keep going ,don't stop . Quote: (You might want to accept emails from members so we can help you with your penny collection). Have you ever mailed anything to Russia ? Very expensive ,besides paperwork for the post office that needs to be filled out . We'll have to come up with another way to help him out .

T-BOP, ah, fixed! Now everyone can send emails for me. If anyone want to send me some coins as a gift i'll be on the seventh heaven of happy. I made a test mail from US last december, thought it will be scary and expensive. I asked on this forum, but can't find that topic now. In a few words its cheap and easy - sending cheap (up to 50$ - I won't risk more) coins from US to RU is possible via "USPS First Class Mail International". This costs about few bucks for an ounce, for this test mail I'm talking - 1.15$ for shipping. When going throw russian customs, shipment will get new, only ru-tracking and will be delivered 99%. Takes a few weeks to deliver. If you need help with customs declaration I know what to write down on it already.

I am always impressed by US collections being built outside of the US. Very nice!
