Appears to be Raised Lines Around Eyes and Traveling Under the Pupil. Any thoughts? Thanks.

This is not a trail die issue. It is a Feeder Finger Damage. We usually note Feeder Finger Damage on the reverse coin. This is on the obverse. They changed the setup. On this coin, the hammer die is the reverse, and the anvil die is the obverse. (opposite what we've seen in the past) So when looking for MAD coins, the miss alignment would be on the reverse coin. If looking for a struck through error, it might be on the reverse side. Hope this helps your coin knowledge a bit.

That's a great example of Feeder Finger Scrapes. It's in a weird location. Nice find! I would save that one.

This maybe the fixing of the die. Same year and mint mark?
