It's a MAD - Mis Alignied die. Actually not offset enough for a premium. Would need some letters to be starting to fall of the rim/edge of the coin to be worth something to the collectors but still good enough to keep for an example coin.

Well for sure it is worth face value. I'm not sure that the die was misaligned enough to bring a premium though. Here is more information about this error:

It's a Misaligned Die error. Although, it's not enough to bring a premium though.
