@MM, in 1928 (and many other years), coins minted in Philadelphia were not given a mint mark. Yours is well-preserved, but not remarkable due to a "missing" mintmark.

Your Lincoln cent seems to be in pretty good shape. Althou old it has a mintage of over 134 Million. So not rare, but maybe worth up to 25 because of the condition - common wheats in circulated condition in the 40's-50's are the ones with the 2-3 values.
Did you know that dolphins are so smart that within a few days of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish?

Looks to be Fine or better, nice condition, retail might be around 30-40 cents.
