Looks like Machine Doubling on "LIBERTY". You can see the reduction of the devices and how it's shelflike in appearance.
Errors and Varietys, the CCF 911 responder and helper. ;-)

Actually that is called push doubling:



The difference? Machine Doubling reduces the sized of the devices. Push doubling reduces but enlarges them pushing out of the normal position. But all the same cause MD.
