So I found this 1964 penny. The L in liberty literally looks like its leaning against wall pointing into planchette and the head is missing a big chunk of hair right below the word "we".

Note the direction. Die wear flows towards the closest rim. No premium. Just the die aging well at this point. (other devices will flow in a different directions, depending on the direction of the rim)
