Not DD, possibly DDD (Die Deterioration Doubling)

that it is die deterioration doubling.

This type of doubling is common and is not collectible, so no value.

It's Die Deterioration Doubling, caused by a worn die issue, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint. No premium unfortunately, since it's very common, and is part of normal wear and tear on the dies. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/
