There are no listed DDOs for the 1937-D Buffalo nickel
. This coin has pretty sharp doubling that is readily visible to the unaided eye. My instincts tell me this should
turn out to be MD, but some of what I am seeing doesn't look like MD.
The doubling on the feathers and back of the neck is rather sharp. That and the doubling on the date and braid do not look to diminish the size of the numerals or the devices. On the other hand, the doubling on LIBERTY (especially the "E") looks more like MD. I know it's possible to have both die doubling and MD on the same coin, but I think this will be all-or-nothing from what I am seeing.
I'd welcome and appreciate feedback. Thanks!
