@DJ221, if you could post close-up, in-focus pics of those two areas, that would be helpful. I can't see any doubling from what you have in this thread so far. However, if looks like there is a very slight MAD on the obverse, so you do have that going for this coin even if the doubling doesn't work out.

I dont see it but close ups would help. If its only doubled on one letter it is more likely to be Machine Doubling, which is not a double die but rather an error in production when the die shifts while striking or the planchet vibrates during the process. It creates a shelf like look to some devices on the coin but would not have added value. Hope this helps.
