Can you be more specific about the pennies you are interested in? Circulated, error, proof...

Agree, please be more specific. Your question is too vague.

The only one I can think of as being on the valuable side is the 72 Doubled Die. However, remember so much depends on the condition of each coin.

Hi @loquixx - There are *a few* valuable pennies from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, but they are usually error coins, varieties, or high-grade proof coins. Do you have some pennies that you think are valuable? You could post some pictures and ask for an opinion - you never know! Also, you can try checking the PCGS price guide: https://www.PCGS.com/prices/pricegu...043;(modern)I hope you find something exciting.

All of them. They're all worth at least 1% of a dollar.

Not only the obvious - Duh! but the source is "Pound_Foolish" I know that A => B does not mean B => A, so we can't say for certain that Pound_Foolish is Penny_Wise, but I think he just made a strong case!

I know it was smug but it's hard to resist when the question is so vague.
What is "valuable"? I mean, hey, if someone gave me two rolls of pennies, I'd have a buck (or more!). I get it, there's a lot of information out there and it's easy to get consumed with knowing as quickly as possible what to collect specifically. I'm old-fashioned, though. It comes from searching the woods and maps of all sorts for streams with wild trout in them - or better yet native brook trout - before the time of internet searches. I feel that same way about LWCs for now, and just wander through books and digest as much information as I can in these fora. Now here I am picking through the internet, ha!
