I'll go MS64+ assuming the obverse scuffs are just missing surface frost. As Coinfrog noted the fields are pristine.

Cant be higher than 62 due to the face, but the fields are pretty nice

Yep, first photos very deceiving. MS-62. Good example of how photos can make it look like two different coins.

I'd go 62 if it were not for the scuff marks. That takes it down pretty bad for me. I have some like that I can't get anyone to buy, I just threw them in the melt bag. Lighting makes a huge difference, that's how I got *took* on a couple epay coins.

I'd say MS-62. Looks like a spiked date, VAM-4A if you're interested.
