Me thinks the first is an inverted 9.
The second , can't see it.

Yes, the first one is a 9/6 type 1 and a $500 coin (Cdn) in F-12 .. nice Xmas present. You have some generous friends.

very nice! I still need one. very hard to spot especially if you dont know the markers
