Sometimes proof IHCs develop beautiful tone but this looks to vivid to be natural on a business strike. If it were slabbed (say, PCGS MS-65RB) it would be pretty excellent but I wouldn't take the risk on a raw collector trap like this. Report this Post to the Staff
